2011 Auction for Eduction
Update - Our 2nd annual Auction for Education location has changed. We are now holding the raffle and auction at the L-C High School in conjunction with the Variety Show. Show times are:
- Friday 11/11/11 at 7PM
- Saturday 11/12/11 at 7PM
- Sunday 11/13/11 at 2PM.
While we encourage you to attend one of the variety shows - you can come to the auction - even if you don't attend a show.
We will have 3 separate tables of items:
1. Our Raffle Table: Purchase tickets up to the end of intermissions. Winners will be drawn at the end of intermission and winners can pick up their prizes after the show. Separate items will be raffled with each show.
2. Our Blind Auction Table: This table will contain our 'large ticket items'. These items will be auctioned over all 3 days. Bidders can fill out a bid ticket and place it in bid box. Bids are blind - so bidders will not know what others have bid. After the Sunday show, the winning bids will be itentiifed and the winners will be contacted to pay and pick up their item. In event of ties, winning bid will be selected by random drawing.
3. Our Buy Table. Items will be available for immediate purchase for a set price. There will be great bargins on items from our local businesses at this table.

About LCSI
Luxemburg-Casco Scholarship Inc is a local volunteer organization designed to assist local students complete post-secondary education. The program’s aim is to support businesses, organizations, individual citizens and trusts providing assistance to deserving students through tax deductible contributions. The program is flexible enough to aid the donor at the level of assistance requested, thereby removing most of the limitations to the size of the donation and or length of the scholarship.
College costs continue to rise dramatically and our young citizens can benefit from the assistance provided by this scholarship program. Generally, current Luxemburg-Casco high school graduates, whose parents or legal guardians are residents of the Luxemburg-Casco School District, are eligible to participate in the LCSI program.
Incorporated in 2002, theLCSI program needs the assistance of individuals, organizations and businesses in the community to succeed. Donations to the scholarship program can be mailed to:
